5 blog tips

Can you guys believe it is about to be one year since I started blogging. I can't even believe it. I admit to say that I could of been further than I am right now, but sometimes work and school don't let you be as constant as you want to. This blogging world is amazing, and has a lot of opportunities. If you are into fashion, design, and everything else just get started. Millions of people open a blog daily and many just quit after 6 months just because it ain't that easy. I will love to give you 5 blog tips so you can get started in your blog as soon as you can if you believe this is the business for you.

Many people ask: How do I start a blog? How do I get a template? How?????

1. The first thing you need to do to start a blog is either sign up in www.blogger.com which it is with google/gmail or you can also get www.wordpress.com
Both are great! I am currently using Blogger, I find it easier and more simple. If later on you would like to change to wordpress you can do so. While, signing up you do need to think the way your blog's name is going to be like so you can put that name in your email before creating it. As well make sure it isn't a name that is already taken.

2. You will get a website name but with the ending of
www.example.blogspot.com or www.example.wordpress.com

How do you get rid of it?
You don't need to rush and get a website name right away, you can wait like I did still you are sure you will really keep going and you understand everything you want to do. If you are ready after couple of months. All you have to do is go to www.godaddy.com and purchase your website: www.example.com
It isn't expensive, I got mine for like 4$ for 2 years. Also, you need to make sure before doing the email and everything else that the website name you are looking for doesn't exist. One way you can find out is by typing it in the browser and if nothing comes out it can be yours. Like I said earlier if you are sure purchase it right away, you never know if someone else gets it.

3. Template time
The template is how your website will look. Everyone that comes into the website will see the design and everything else. At first, I will google a bunch of templates and I would get them for free. But recently I found out that in www.etsy.com you can purchase one. There are from $5 to $100 or more. The one I have I purchased it and it was just $30. And I just love everything and how it looks. It is so easy to just put it in your website.

4. Camera time
If you have an Iphone GREAT! It can do the job. All you need to do is take pictures where there is a lot of lights and POSE GIRL! :) If you would like to be more professional and dedicate yourself to the blogging career invest on it. I'm not saying you need to buy a $500 camera, but if you think you can get one, then go ahead. Nikon/Cannon are the best ones out there. I have a Nikon, and I love the way my pictures come out. But really what makes the camera the best is the lens. So if you will get yourself one, really check online for one of these two brands and get the one that matches your budget, after that either try to spend money on lens, or just get photoshop/lightroom. Below I am attaching a picture of the camera I use to take my pictures. It is a Nikon D5200

5. PUBLISH ALL YOU CAN

Publish, Publish, Publish! This is the most important part that will get you out there. One thing that I slacked a lot was in publishing. I was focusing too much in how my blog looked like instead of making the content the people wanted. People like to see YOU and YOUR STYLE! Does not matter how the website looks, just how you look!

I hope you like these 5 tips. If you would like to have 5 blog tips every month, comment below. I love to help everyone out there that is starting with no help like I did. Love yaaaaa'
