How to increase your following as a blogger?

Happy Friday! It's been such a busy week and painful at the same time. Painful? Yes, I started feeling an uncomfortable sharp  pain in my tooth, and yesterday I realized I have to take my wisdom teeth out! I am so scared you have no idea. (I'm a cry baby) But I know everything will come out perfect!

Other than that, I haven't been able to shoot any outfits and I don't think I will anytime soon since I need to rest after my surgery. But please hang in there, I'll be back with some great content, believe me ;).

Let's talk about how to increase your following as a blogger. There's 3 different ways that I've seen to work for me when it comes to increasing my following and engagement.

1. Style Collective

Not so long ago I joined this amazing community full of beautiful ladies that are connected together to uplift each other. It has showed me that not "all" bloggers are trying to bring some down. (It seriously happen, it's really stupid) With style collective not only would you have thousands of new Style Collective sisters but you'll become friends, and much more. Joining style collective has increase my following as well as engagement. They have a Facebook group where you can always post your recent blog post and you'll be in shock of how much genuine love you will receive. <3

2. Giveaways

I've done a few giveaways and they also increase your following a big time! There's giveaways that you can gain around 500 to 1,000 followers in just one giveaway. I organize one giveaway each month and I feel like it opens you to a bigger audience of people, most of the time they will stay but some just unfollow right after the giveaway is done. 3. Engagement

The very last thing you will need to do to increase your following is engage, engage, ENGAGE!
I know it is hard, but it isn't impossible. Comment, like everything in your timeline and you'll get some love back. As well, every time you have commented in a blogger's Instagram check who commented and somewhat look through their profile. Engage by liking 3-5 pictures, comment in a few of them, and if you genuinely like their profile (follow) You will usually get some love back and even a new follower.

That's all, I wouldn't suggest you to follow everyone and then unfollow a bunch. Or even buy followers. It isn't worth it, you want to stay true to yourself and to your blog even if you grow little by little. Much love, and till next post. <3
