Sneaky Snack



Many people are afraid that by eating more they will gain more weight. It is the way around: Eat more, weight less. Do not sacrifice by not eating snacks to cut your calories. JUST STOP. It is very important to fill your body with few snacks in between meals.

Muchas personas tienen temor al comer mas van a subir de mas de peso. Es de la otra forma: Come mas, pesa menos. No te sacrifiques no comiendo meriendas para cortar las calorias. PARA! Es muy importante de llenar tu cuerpo con differentes meriendas entre las comidas.



1. Greek Yogurt:
If you are a fan of milk, the yogurt might be your favorite. Not many people like Greek yogurt because they taste disgusting. I agree! But that only happens with the regular one. Recently, I found this product and I fell in love! So creamy and rich in a lot of protein.

Si eres fan de la leche, el yogurt debe de ser tu favorito. No ha mucha gente le gusta el yogurt griego porque no saben muy rico. Es cierto! Pero solo pasa con los que son regulares. Recientemente, encontre este producto y me encanto! Es cremoso, y tiene bastante proteina. 




2. Fruits:
I am not the type of person that enjoys eating fruits. But, if you put them all together in a shake I will totally enjoy it. If you are the type of person that loves fruits then include them in your snacks. Fruits tend to fill you up more. They have natural sugars, fiber, vitamins, healthy fats, etc.

Yo soy el tipo de persona que no disfruta comer frutas. Pero si las pones todas juntas en un jugo si las tomare. Si eres el tipo de persona que le gusta las frutas incluyelas en tus meriendas. Las frutas tienden a llenarte mas. Tiene azucar naturales, fibra, vitaminas, grasas saludables, etc.


3. Granola Bars:
I love granola bars, they fill you up real quick. But, when it comes to granola bars there is a big amount of them that are not as healthy, since they are full of junk!
